Honey Baked French Toast
15 large eggs
3 cups (1 1/2 pints) heavy cream
1/2 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 loaf French Bread
Maple syrup for accompaniment
Beat eggs, cream, honey and nutmeg together.
Slice bread into 10 slices.
Dip into egg mixture and arrange in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Pour remaining egg mixture over bread.
Cover and refrigerate overnight-turning slices once.
Uncover and bake at 350*F (175*C) for 1 hour. Serve with warm maple syrup.
Makes 12 servings.
Fruit Smoothies
1 cup (8-ounces) yogurt, any flavor or plain
1 cup milk or any flavored juice
1 large banana, sliced
1 cup fruit, your choice, cut-up (fresh or frozen)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 to 10 ice cubes
Place all ingredients, except the ice cubes, into container of electric blender and blend on high until smooth.
With blender running, add 2 to 3 ice cubes at a time through the center opening in the lid until all ice cubes have been added.
Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
Makes 2 servings.
Strawberry Banana Cow
1 cup milk
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1 cup strawberries
1 medium ripe banana, peeled and broken into pieces
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Place all ingredients into container of electric blender.
Blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
Makes 2 to 3 servings.
Tony Roma's Baked Potato Soup
2 medium potatoes (about 2 cups chopped)
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup diced white onion
2 tablespoons flour
4 cups chicken stock
2 cups water
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 1/2 cups instant mashed potatoes
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/8 teaspoon thyme
1 cup half and half
Garnish
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon
2 green onions, chopped (green part only)
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake the potatoes or 1 hour or until done. When potatoes have cooked remove them from the oven to cool.
2. As potatoes cool prepare soup by melting butter in a large saucepan, and sauté onion until light brown. Add the flour to the onions and stir to make a roux.
3. Add stock, water, cornstarch, mashed potato flakes, and spices to the pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out contents with a large spoon. Discard skin. Chop baked potato with a large knife to make chunks that are about 1/2-inch in size.
5. Add chopped baked potato and half-and-half to the saucepan, bring soup back to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer the soup for another 15 minutes or until it is thick.
6. Spoon about 1 1/2 cups of soup into a bowl and top with about a tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese, a half tablespoon of crumbled bacon and a teaspoon or so of chopped green onion. Repeat for remaining servings. (http://www.topsecretrecipes.com)

Mrs. Fields Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 cup (2 sticks) softened butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 twelve-ounce bags semisweet chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla.
3. In another bowl, mix together the flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
5. Stir in the chocolate chips.
6. With your fingers, place golf ball-sized dough portions 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.

green house lost for cheerleading!! wtf. haii.. shant brood over it anymore though. but all i can say is that the judges are completely blind. which is actually also equivilant to saying my mums blind. but wth. she is! she said that blue house had no originality. cause all the seniors could dance. sheesh. +shoo u seniors!+
lols. anw, joycelyn, wyn and kangwei were dammit cute. haha. and my mum thought they were boys from other schools or someones brothers. +shakes head+ and to think, after the years of teaching in our school and going after all the butches, she still cant differentiate them.
anw, its so sad our school couldnt take part in the cheerleading competition this year. and now kc won!!! -grr- last year, we won. then mg came in second. and came in kc fourth or smth. they practised damm hard. they even have cheerleading as a cca. yes. they thrashed mg. -yikee- their principal, and a whole lot of teachers and students went down to support them. my sis and her friend, faye, were thinking .. to be the best we must compete with the best. and wheres st nicks? :( haii..
mg copied us!!! they did the cancan. and we did that last year! -hurr-
..dint really watch the races. was walking arnd where all the competitors were. couldnt stand the hothothot seat and the scorching sun and the irritating girl beside me. roar.
i only watched the 4by100. :) actually, only the sec3 & 4s. watched it at the viewing gallery to get a vehh good view. :) and it was really clear! i mean.. it has to be. cause thats where they put the judges. haha. :)

thought was something vehh bad. cause zuang na mei was talking to me on my phone!! [cause i was eating] then i told her. and she told me to go and da bao it and eat later or smth. went to see her in the chinese resource room. [yay! got aircon for a few minutes] then she asked me what class i'm from. -phewf- i said correctly. :) then she asked me to write down my class and chinese teacher on a piece of paper. wahh! so paiseh. dint know how to write her name lorr! also dint know her full name. sheesh. told her i dint know how to write so she helped me.

helped the green house people carry all the props down. just did one round and got all tired. and told them that we'll carry only until the specs stand then they'll carry continue carrying it all the way down. yes. im a lazy lazy pig. -oink- did 2-3 rounds of that. :) -excercise- !! heh.
went to buy food for tmr. during lessons. cannot tk it any longer. my poor stomach always gets hungry in the middle of lessons and either starve or eat peoples food. haii..
wwuhs. bought a ruler for maths to draw graph!! haha. im a guai guai gurl. :) also bought blades and a pen! -grr- stupid people in the class keep on borrowing all my stuff then never return. -grr- this month, week, i have lost altogether, 4 things. my black pen, sissors [bloody meiyan took it and lost it -grr- bloody mother fucker], my metal ruler, and another black pen. got back all my penknifes except for one. -grr- roar.
